Uncontrollable factors like local customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, the pandemic, and holiday/peak seasons may cause shipping delays. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days of placement, after which they’re shipped. Processing time may also be impacted by the stock status of individual items, the time of year, and national holidays. Please factor these into the overall shipping timeline.

Promotions and Sales

All sales are final. Given that our promotions and deals are limited, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders placed during promotional periods. 60 Day Guarantee

In My Eyes guarantees delivery for all orders. If your order isn’t successfully delivered within 60 days, simply email us with your order number, and we’ll issue a full refund.

Customs Fee

In some countries, duties and taxes must be paid before goods are released from customs. Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. In My Eyes does not offer refunds or returns under circumstances where customers fail to pay customs fees or have unclear situations. Please note that in rare instances, custom agents may delay order releases at their discretion.

Delivery Error

If delivery addresses are incorrect/incomplete or recipients aren’t available for pickup, recipients are responsible for providing the corrected, complete address and covering additional re-delivery charges. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer make changes to the address during transit.
For re-deliveries, a charge of $10 or 25% of the total order value (whichever is higher) will apply.

Shipping Couriers

We ship our packages via 4PX / USPS / Royal Mail.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a trackable tracking number.

Order Cancellation and Adjustments

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, our customer service team will contact you to discuss a solution. We don’t offer backorders for out-of-stock items.
